Nearby, you'll find Panton Hill Pub, Montsalvat Artists’ Colony, Fondata Italian Restaurant, and parks like Banksia Park and Ruffey Lake Park.
The tiny house stands free-standing on the high ground of a 20-acre equine property surrounded by horses, ponies, and wildlife that passes by occasionally to keep you company.
A comfortable 139-square-foot tiny home with easy water access, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Just a heads-up, you might occasionally hear the noise of chainsaws, the sound of tractors shifting hay, and the occasional buzz of riding motorbikes.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house, except for the arena, horses, and ponies paddock, which must be arranged with the host in advance.
Guests are welcome to bring their horses overnight, with agistment available at $30 per horse per night.

- Hursbridge Train Station is located 4km or 6 minutes. No public transport to the 'Acre Away'. It is a 1 hour walk 3.9km walk up a very steep hill. Uber available between $13 - $16
